01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MLM.Page, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the site. MLM.Page is operated by an individual, referred to here as "we," "us," or "MLM.Page."

02What MLM.Page provides

MLM.Page publishes educational content about building multi-level marketing websites in WordPress, operates a community area for members, and offers a paid subscription that grants access to third-party WordPress plugins and related setup tutorials. MLM.Page is a publisher and reseller of access to that information and those plugins, not the developer of the plugins themselves.

03Accounts & membership

Some parts of the site, including the community area and premium content, require a free or paid account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms, including the community conduct rules below.

04Subscriptions & payment

Premium membership and plugin access are offered on a subscription basis, billed at the interval and price shown at checkout on the subscription plan page. Prices are subject to change; we'll show the current price before you're charged.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
• You're responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.

05Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us through the contact page if you believe you're owed a refund. Access to downloaded plugin files or completed tutorials may affect eligibility.

06Third-party plugins

MLM.Page provides access and setup guidance as a convenience. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, updates, bugs, security issues, or changes those developers make to their software. If a plugin stops being available from its original vendor, we'll make a reasonable effort to update our guidance, but can't guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific third-party product.

07Community conduct

If you take part in the community area (posts, comments, questions, groups), you agree not to:

• Post spam, unrelated promotional links, or content designed to recruit for a separate business opportunity.
• Harass, impersonate, or threaten other members.
• Post anything illegal, infringing, or misleading, including false income or earnings claims.
• Attempt to access another member's account or the site's underlying systems without authorization.

We may remove content or restrict access for anyone who violates these rules, at our discretion.

08Intellectual property

Articles, guides, and original content on MLM.Page belong to MLM.Page unless otherwise noted, and may not be republished elsewhere without permission. Content you post in the community remains yours, but by posting it you grant MLM.Page a license to display it on the site as part of normal operation.

09Disclaimer & liability

MLM.Page's content, plugin recommendations, and community are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Full detail on affiliate relationships, earnings language, and warranty limits is in the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLM.Page is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, its content, or any third-party plugin accessed through it.

10Termination

You can stop using MLM.Page and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, without a refund for the current billing period.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of MLM.Page after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
